At Crazy Foil, we believe our products are strong and well-designed. That's why we offer a full, lifetime warranty on the majority of our products.
Warranties description
The lifetime warranty applies to aluminum, composite and stainless steel products.
A one-year warranty, from the date of purchase, covers all manufacturing defects on all other products (wings, boards and carbon fiber products)
All warranties end one year after product discontinuation.
How to make a claim
Contact us and explain the problem with your product. We will need the history and photos showing the breakage or defect.
We'll get back to you as soon as possible and send you your new part, if applicable, so you can get back on your board as soon as possible!
*The application of the warranty remains at the discretion of the Crazy Foil team.
